Section V – Financial Performance Representations (Average Revenues and/or Profits) for the Wing Zone Franchise (Item 19, 2024 FDD)

• This financial performance representation reflects actual, historical average, median, and high/low annual Gross Sales information during the 2023 fiscal year (from January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2023) (the “2023 Fiscal Year”) for (1) all 22 Wing Zone Restaurants (both franchised and affiliate-owned), (2) separately for all 21 franchised Wing Zone Restaurants, and (3) separately for one affiliate-owned Wing Zone Restaurant, that were open for business in the United States during the entire 2023 Fiscal Year (that is, open at both the beginning and the end of the 2023 Fiscal Year).

• Excluded from this Item 19 are the Gross Sales during the 2023 Fiscal Year of (i) 1 affiliate-owned Wing Zone Restaurant that opened for business during the 2023 Fiscal Year and therefore did not operate for the entire 2023 Fiscal Year, (ii) 1 affiliate-owned location that permanently closed during the 2023 Fiscal Year and therefore did not operate for the entire 2023 Fiscal Year, (iii) 10 franchised Wing Zone Restaurants that opened for business during the 2023 Fiscal Year and therefore did not operate for the entire 2023 Fiscal Year, and (iv) 7 franchised Wing Zone Restaurants that permanently closed during the 2023 Fiscal Year and therefore did not operate for the entire 2023 Fiscal Year.

• The Gross Sales information for franchised Restaurants was obtained from weekly royalty reports submitted to Wing Zone by franchisees and from information Wing Zone polled from point-of-sale systems in the Restaurants. Wing Zone has not independently audited that information.

• The franchised Restaurants that were open for operation during the entire 2023 Fiscal Year and whose Gross Sales during the 2023 Fiscal Year are reported in this Item 19 are substantially similar to the Restaurant franchises Wing Zone currently offers.
