Robert Morris serves as the Vice President of Development of Indoor Active Brands, the parent company of Altitude Trampoline Park. Robert has many years of experience in the entertainment franchise space. Prior to joining Indoor Active Brands’ leadership team, he served in leadership for Andretti’s Indoor Karting & Games, Drive Shack, and Kings Dining & Entertainment.

Robert Morris (RM): Altitude Trampoline Park is a premier family entertainment franchise with locations across the U.S. and internationally. We offer a high-energy environment where guests of all ages can enjoy wall-to-wall trampolines, adventure courses, foam pits, and interactive attractions. What sets us apart is our commitment to providing a fun, active, and inclusive experience while also creating a business model that is scalable and profitable for franchisees. Our focus on innovation, guest experience, and strong operational support makes Altitude a standout in the industry.

FC: What are some key milestones in Altitude’s franchise expansion, and what’s driving its growth?

RM: Altitude has experienced tremendous growth, with over 80 locations and counting. A major milestone was our expansion into new domestic and international markets, solidifying our presence as a global brand. The driving force behind our growth is a combination of increasing demand for experiential entertainment, our proven business model, and our ability to adapt to market trends. Additionally, our robust franchise support system and focus on operational excellence continue to attract passionate entrepreneurs looking to invest in a dynamic, high-energy business.

FC: What markets are you currently targeting for expansion, and what makes them ideal for Altitude?

RM: Altitude Trampoline Park is experiencing strong momentum in 2025, with strategic expansion into both new and existing markets. In Q1 this year, we successfully entered South Florida with new locations in Coral Springs and West Palm Beach, demonstrating our ability to thrive in competitive, high-demand regions. Additionally, our Roscoe Village opening in Chicago marked another key milestone in the Midwest.

Looking ahead to Q2, we’re continuing this growth with new parks in Schaumburg, Illinois; Anaheim, California; and Milpitas, California—reinforcing our presence in high-density, family-friendly suburban markets. We’re actively exploring opportunities in Minneapolis, Las Vegas, Kanas City, and Indianapolis, where demand for family entertainment is on the rise.

Our expansion strategy focuses on developing market clusters to maximize brand awareness and operational efficiencies, allowing us to create a strong regional presence while delivering an exceptional guest experience. By prioritizing areas with growing family demographics and a demand for high-energy entertainment, we’re ensuring Altitude remains a top choice for active, community-driven fun.

FC: The family entertainment industry has seen significant shifts post-pandemic. How has Altitude adapted to changing consumer behaviors?

RM: I believe the pandemic reinforced the importance of safe, clean, and engaging social experiences. We’ve adapted by enhancing our health and safety protocols, optimizing park layouts for improved traffic flow, and introducing private event options for families who prefer a more personalized experience. Additionally, we’ve expanded membership programs, offering families more value-driven ways to visit regularly. The shift toward quality family time and active play has only strengthened demand for our parks.

FC: With rising competition, what differentiates Altitude from other trampoline park and entertainment concepts?

RM: Altitude stands out through a combination of innovative attractions, a welcoming environment, and a franchisee-friendly business model. Unlike some competitors, we focus on providing a mix of high-energy attractions, from trampoline zones to interactive games and fitness-focused activities. RM: While general admission is a core revenue driver, our franchisees benefit from multiple revenue streams, including memberships, birthday parties, corporate events, concessions, and retail merchandise. Membership programs have been particularly successful in driving recurring revenue and guest loyalty. Private parties and group events also provide a strong revenue boost, especially on the weekends.

RM: We’re always looking ahead! 2025 is shaping up to be a transformative year for Altitude Trampoline Park as we continue our expansion and introduce exciting innovations to enhance the guest experience. With several new locations opening in key markets, we’re focused on growing our footprint while reinforcing brand awareness.

Beyond expansion, we’re committed to evolving our offerings to stay ahead in the family entertainment space. We’re actively exploring new food and beverage options, improving customer service, and investing in cutting-edge attractions that elevate the guest experience.
