Section II – Bio-One’s Initial Franchise Fee, Royalty Fee, and Marketing Fee

• Bio-One’s initial franchise fee, royalty fee, and marketing fee, based on Items 5 and 6 of the company’s 2024 FDD:

• Initial Franchise Fee:  $60,000

• Royalty:  the greater of the applicable Minimum Royalty or 7.5% (Percentage Royalty) of Gross Sales

• Minimum Royalty:  the Minimum Royalty will never be less than $750 during the Initial Term of the Franchise Agreement. It will increase from $750 to $1,500 in the 13th month, and increase again from $1,500 to $2,250 from the 25th month through the remainder of the Initial Term of the Franchise Agreement.

• Marketing Fee:  the greater of $200 or Bio-One’s then-current fee that now is 2% of the Gross Sales per month

• Local Advertising Fee:  the greater of $1,500 or 5% of Gross Sales per month

• Regional Advertising Cooperative Fee:  currently $0.00. If a Regional Advertising Program is established, you may be required to contribute a specified part of your Local Advertising Fee to the Regional Advertising Cooperative.
