  • Of the 79 franchised Clean Juice stores operating in the United States as of May 20, 2024, there were 62 that were open at least 11 months in 2023, as reported by the franchisor’s predecessor, which sales the franchisor did not independently verify.

  • Some stores have sold these amounts. Your individual results may differ. There is no assurance that you will sell as much.
  • A Traditional Store typically occupies 600 to 1,000 square feet of commercial space, and typically is located on a major thoroughfare, in or adjacent to a retail strip mall, or in an urban storefront. A Traditional Store typically offers healthy food and beverages items, including but not limited to blended fruit and vegetable juices, bottled juices, cleanses, shots, nut milks, smoothies, sandwiches, wraps, toasts, snacks, salads, acai bowls, seasonal items, and other offerings for dine-in consumption and take-out service.
  • A Non-Traditional Store typically occupies 300 to 600 square feet of commercial space, and typically operates in a food court, food truck, shipping container, or kiosk located within an enclosed shopping mall, college campus, medical facility, hospital, or other closed market environment. A Non-Traditional Store offers limited or no seating (for example, as in a food court of a shopping mall environment) and may offer limited product selections due to the layout of the location.
  • The Clean Juice Stores reflected above are Stores located in the following states: Alabama, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Texas.
  • The above information reflects sales information only and excludes any costs and expenses; therefore, you can draw no inferences with respect to a Store’s profitability.
  • The figures reflected above were compiled from unaudited information reported to Clean Juice by its franchisees. Clean Juice has not independently verified any of the sales information upon which this financial performance representation is based.
  • 17 stores were excluded (out of 79 franchised Clean Juice stores operating as of May 20, 2024). 9 stores were not open for the full measurement period in 2023, 3 stores began operations in 2024 and the remaining 5 did not report sales to Clean Juice or its predecessor for at least 11 months of 2023 due to being temporarily closed for an unspecified length of time.
  • 7 out of 15 Stores or 46.7% of the top Stores 25% attained or surpassed the average unit volume.
  • 9 of 16 stores or 56.25% of the bottom Stores 25% attained or surpassed the average unit volume.
  • Store sales are affected by a number of factors including local demographics (including daytime and residential population and income levels), site characteristics (i.e., visibility, traffic count, ease of ingress and egress, parking availability), seasonality (particularly in colder climate), local competition, brand and product awareness in the geographic area in which the Store is located, and your individual marketing efforts. Sales also may be affected by other factors such as weather events and road construction affecting traffic patterns.
  • The financial performance representations figures do not reflect the costs of sales, operating expenses, or other costs or expenses that must be deducted from the Gross Revenue or gross sales figures to obtain your net income or profit.
