• During 360 Painting’s 2023 fiscal year, it had 100 total Franchised Businesses open and operating the entire fiscal year by the same franchisee. These 100 Franchised Businesses were operated by a total of 89 franchisees.

• One of these 89 franchisees opened a second Franchised Business during 360 Painting’s 2023 fiscal year, and 2 of these 89 franchisees purchased via transfer two additional Franchised Businesses that were open the entire 2023 fiscal year.

• These 89 franchisees and their 103 Franchised Businesses reported Gross Sales totaling $53,202,520 during 360 Painting’s 2023 fiscal year in connection with their calculation and payment of Royalties.

• Gross Sales is defined in this analysis as it is in the Franchise Agreement.

• This analysis excludes 61 Franchisees operating 77 Franchised Businesses that either (1) were not open the entire fiscal year because they either began operating or ceased operating during 360 Painting’s 2023 fiscal year or (2) are not currently using 360 Painting’s customer relationship manager software (CRM) in a manner for 360 Painting to collect and disclose the below financial performance information.
